Strepto-DB is a database for comparative genomics of group A and group B streptococci. It is based on OGeR (Open Genome Resource for comparative analysis of prokaryotic genomes) and includes all sequenced GAS and GBS strains and serovars available as EMBL genome review or NCBI GenBank files.
